- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, stir together the cooked chicken, cooked rice, cream of chicken soup, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, frozen peas, and 1 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until everything is well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly into a 9x13-inch casserole dish. Top the mixture with the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-30 minutes, or until the bake is hot all the way through and the cheese on top is melted and lightly golden.
