Ingredients
  

For the Oats
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk any kind
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Topping
  • 1 teaspoon cream cheese softened
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon milk

Method
 

  1. Combine all ingredients for the oats in a jar or container. Stir well to combine.
  2. Seal the jar and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the cream cheese, maple syrup, and milk for the topping until smooth.
  4. When ready to eat, top the oats with the cream cheese mixture.

Notes

You can add chopped pecans or walnuts for extra crunch.
