- Bake the cinnamon rolls according to the package directions. If you have 5 rolls, you can use a ramekin or other round oven-safe item to keep a uniform shape. Let the rolls cool completely before decorating.
- Fit a piping bag with a basketweave tip or any tip you prefer. Fill the bag with the cinnamon roll icing.
- Pipe jagged lines across each roll, with the jagged side facing down, covering most of the surface but allowing the cinnamon roll to show through.
- Add two candy eyeballs to each mummy, pressing them into the sticky icing to secure.
- Enjoy immediately or let the icing set before serving. Store rolls in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. Rolls freeze well for up to 3 months; thaw at room temperature.
