- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add ground chicken and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in water chestnuts, green onions, soy sauce, rice vinegar, ginger, and garlic. Cook for 2-3 minutes more, until heated through.
- Spoon the chicken mixture into the lettuce leaves.
Notes
Serve immediately for the best crispness. You can add sriracha or other hot sauce for extra spice.
