- In a blender, combine the ice, cooled coffee, and milk. Blend on high for about one minute while you drizzle in 1-2 tablespoons of caramel syrup.
- Pour the mixture into two small mugs or one large glass. Top with whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel sauce.
