Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsweetened cashew milk or milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/3 cup protein powder
  • 1/2 cup cauliflower rice frozen
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • to taste Stevia optional

Equipment

  • High-Speed Blender
  • Food storage bag
  • Mason jar or protein shaker

Method
 

  1. Place all the ingredients into a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and serve.
  3. To prepare ahead of time, you can measure the ingredients and place them in a food storage bag in the freezer. Blend when you are ready to eat.
  4. Alternatively, blend everything together and store the mixture in a mason jar or protein shaker in the freezer for up to 5 days.
