Method
- Preheat the air fryer to 200℃/400F while you prepare the chicken.
- Slice the chicken breasts in half lengthways so you get 2 thin fillets from each breast.
- Mix the spices in a bowl to make the coating. Add the chicken pieces and coat them well.
- Spray the air fryer basket with oil. Place the chicken in a single layer in the air fryer. Cook for 10-15 minutes until cooked through. Check the temperature with a thermometer. Turn the chicken over halfway through cooking.
