Basic Air Fryer Chicken Breast {Perfect Every Time!}

Ingredients
  

  • 650 g Chicken breast (approx x4), Cut in half lengthways (so you end up with 2 very thin fillets from each piece of chicken)
For the coating
  • 6 tsp Paprika
  • 6 tsp Dark brown sugar
  • 4 tsp Garlic granules
  • 3 tsp Dried oregano
  • 1 tsp Sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp Freshly ground black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 200℃/400F while you prepare the chicken.
  2. Slice the chicken breasts in half lengthways so you get 2 thin fillets from each breast.
  3. Mix the spices in a bowl to make the coating. Add the chicken pieces and coat them well.
  4. Spray the air fryer basket with oil. Place the chicken in a single layer in the air fryer. Cook for 10-15 minutes until cooked through. Check the temperature with a thermometer. Turn the chicken over halfway through cooking.
