- Preheat your oven to 475 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Place the sliced apples in a small bowl. Pour the maple syrup over the apples and set the bowl aside.

- Layer the dough with half of the shredded Italian cheese. Top this with the apple mixture, half of the bacon pieces, the roasted garlic cloves, and chunks of blue cheese.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese melts and the crust turns golden brown. Drizzle with extra maple syrup, cut the pizza, and serve right away.
