Air Fryer Steak Bites and Mushrooms

Ingredients
  

For the Steak Bites
  • 1 lb Sirloin steak cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
For the Mushrooms
  • 8 oz Cremini mushrooms halved or quartered if large
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Black pepper

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, toss the steak cubes with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Set aside.
  2. In the same bowl (no need to wash), toss the mushrooms with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon pepper.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Arrange the steak bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add the seasoned mushrooms to the air fryer basket with the steak. Cook for another 5-7 minutes, or until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness and the mushrooms are tender.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and let the steak rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve as is, or over rice or with your favorite side dish.
