Ingredients
  

  • 1 teaspoon all-purpose flour
  • 1 dash garlic powder
  • 1 dash onion powder
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons buttermilk
  • 3 tablespoons seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 half boneless skinless chicken breast 6 ounces
  • Cooking spray

Method
 

  1. In a shallow bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper.
  2. In a second bowl, combine cheese and buttermilk.
  3. Place bread crumbs in a third shallow bowl.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  5. Flatten chicken to 1/4-inch thickness.
  6. Coat chicken with the flour mixture, dip it into the buttermilk, and then coat it with the bread crumbs.
  7. Place the coated chicken on a greased tray in the air-fryer basket and spritz it with cooking spray.
  8. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, turning once, until the chicken is golden brown and no longer pink inside.
