Air Fryer Mummy Pigs in a Blanket (Extra Crispy)

Ingredients
  

For the Mummy Pigs
  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury Original Crescent Rolls 8 Count
  • 24 cocktail-size smoked link sausages or hot dogs 14-oz package

Equipment

  • Air Fryer
  • Parchment paper
  • Tongs

Method
 

  1. Cut an 8-inch round of cooking parchment paper. Place in the bottom of your air fryer basket.
  2. Unroll the dough and separate it into 8 triangles. Cut each triangle lengthwise into 3 narrow triangles.
  3. Place a sausage on the shortest side of each dough triangle. Roll up each sausage, starting at the shortest side of the triangle and rolling to the opposite point. Place 12 wrapped sausages point-side down on the parchment in the air fryer basket.
  4. Set your air fryer to 325°F. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes, or until the crescent tops are light brown. Use tongs to turn the crescent dogs over. Bake for an additional 3 to 4 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from the air fryer. Repeat with the remaining 12 wrapped sausages. Serve warm.
