  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Shredded cheddar cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until it is no longer pink. Break the sausage into crumbles as it cooks, then drain off any excess fat.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the eggs. Add the onion, green pepper, salt, garlic powder, and pepper to the eggs. Stir these ingredients together.
  4. Stir the cooked sausage and the shredded cheese into the egg mixture.
  5. Spoon the mixture by 1/3 cupfuls into the prepared muffin cups.
  6. Bake the egg muffins until a knife inserted into the center of one comes out clean. This usually takes 20 to 25 minutes.
